Ok,this post is about the life in UPM!
The previous post is about the education system of Asasi Sains Pertanian UPM.
First of all, please don't afraid of the word (Pertanian)!
In my semester one, every ASPerian had to visit 12 out of 16 areas around UPM.
If you think from another perspective,it is quite good actually as this is the only subject where you can relax, play and learn something new.
I only managed to visit 9 places because of the holidays.
Truthfully,I felt this Asasi programme has quite a lot of holidays.(Teehee!).
You can treat it as co-curricular activities since ASPerian doesn't required co-curriculum.

For Trackers, you will stay in either 5th College or 6th College.
For Streamers,you will stay in 13th College(most of us-90%).
I will post photos regarding UPM after I return to my university!
In 13th college, you will be living in a dorm(consisting of 6 roommates including yourself).
The dorm is really big.You will have your own partition and privacy.
There is also a laundry shop(self-service) and a convenience store at the ground floor of  13th College.
There is also a jogging track(just opposite 13th College)-BUKIT EKSPO

The food here, ekhem (no comment-...) as I barely eat in the cafeteria.(But the food nearby KPZ quite nice-about 10 minutes walk)
I will either cater food or go to 'Flat Ikan UPM' for my lunch and dinner.(I will tapau my dinner haha)

What is 'Flat Ikan UPM'?
It is actually two rows of shop houses consisting stationery shops, photostating shops, some mamak stalls, laundry shops, fruit juice stall and Chinese food stall(economical rice 'zhap fan').
I usually walk from my lecture hall(Kompleks Akademik E) to Flat Ikan UPM for my lunch and i tapau for my dinner as well.--about 10 minutes walk.

Oh ya,this Asasi is something like pembiayaan oleh kerajaan Malaysia.
You will obtain about one thousand ringgit Malaysia alllowance for every semester.
Need not to spend a single cents on education haha nor burden your family. =)
Wait till I post some pictures and tell you how beautiful UPM is!
